| Peterborough - Conington |
Peterborough must be the smallest place in the UK (or almost anywhere) to have two airfields to its name, although neither of them are particularly large. Conington (or Peterborough Business Airfield) is, as the name would suggest, the more 'professional' of the two, and is home to a single flying training school and a number of privately-owned aircraft. As such there's probably not much of special interest here for the average enthusiast, and Sibson just down the road is likely to be more rewarding.
Photo opportunities from outside the airfield are limited, but asking in the clubhouse will probably gain you permission to go airside and take photos.
