|ex-PLA Air Force Harbin Z-5 7272
(China Aviation Museum, Datangshan - 31 January 2002)
The Harbin Z-5 was the Chinese-manufactured version of Mil's Mi-4, and has been one of the very few relative success stories in Chinese helicopter development, with an eventual total of almost 550 being built. This is one of two armed versions on display at the museum, with a substantial gunpack under the fuselage.
